BIOGRAPHY
Matt Hailey graduated from Colorado State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, concentrating in both Finance and Real Estate, as well as a Minor in Economics. He then graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2001 where he earned his Juris Doctorate. He worked at the Shawnee County District Attorney's office prosecuting DUI cases. He was called back home to Colorado where he spent over two decades representing insurance companies and employers in Workers' Compensation matters.
In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife of 23 years and his 18-year-old and 20-year-old daughters. He is an avid golfer, loves the Colorado outdoors, and plays an occasional game of poker.

BIOGRAPHY
Cindy Hailey graduated from Colorado State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Development and Family Studies and Occupational Therapy. She has enjoyed working with a diverse population of patients including those who have experienced traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic cases, oncology, Alzheimer's and other dementia, work-related injuries, and a variety of other diagnoses. She has an extensive background in advocating for patients, and navigating the medical system, both from a personal and professional viewpoint.
Cindy loves spending time with her family, reading, playing with their two labs, and visiting the North Carolina beaches.
